Hey girls!

This week I'm just going to give you a little advice on choosing your date. More to come for sure! OK, so first off, here's my what not to do: don't freak out about not having a date and just ask some random guy.

I did that last year. I got nervous, so I asked this guy friend of mine wayyy too early, and by the time my prom rolled around, we were barely friends. This year, however, I have a boyfriend (yay!), so I don't have to worry about asking someone.

However, lots of my friends are starting to get panicky because they don't have dates yet. It's totally fine! If you have a group of friends that includes cute boys, just ask one of them when the date gets closer! Guys rarely turn down date offers...I mean prom consists of dancing with pretty girls and eating free food. Pretty much everything guys love, ha. Here's another solution: if you don't have any guy friends that you would want to ask, talk to one of your friends who has a boyfriend. Think about taking one of her boyfriend's guy friends! That way, the four of you can all hang out at prom, and it won't be awkward.
