Amanda Bynes and Charlie

Amanda Bynes has been teen royalty for years so it's no surprise that she has a King Charles Spaniel as her sidekick. She aptly dubbed her pup Charlie and tows it around Tinseltown in fancy shmancy dog gear. King Charles Spaniels are known to be super social and need constant attention. No worries there -- how could you resist showing 24/7 affection when Charlie is so gosh darn cute?
