My date was short. Let's just lay it out there. I'm a solid 5'9 and him? Not so much. However, I was determined to go to prom with my best best friend, and nothing was going to stop me. Even though our formal prom pic was a little vertically challenged, sharing the night with my BGF was a full on blast and totally worth it. My advice for girls in the same sitch? Let flats be your friends!
