Clearly Gossip Girl star Blake Lively likes to mix work with play, judging by her on and off-the-set relationship with co-star Penn Badgley. But she also hearts bringing her little pup Penny to the set every chance she gets! It's a wonder she doesn't get confused with two adorable love interests, Penn and Penny!
