The Problem: Your parents are getting a divorce.
When your parents are going through a rough patch in their relationship, it can be especially hard for you. The important thing is not to blame yourself. Expect to feel angry, sad, anxious, guilty or worried. Those are all normal feelings when you're trying to cope with something as big as this. But if these feelings are overwhelming you, talk it out with someone you trust. Go to an adult, a counselor at school, or your parents. As cheesy as this sounds, no matter what happens, your parents love you. The most important thing is to deal with your feelings. Ignoring it, or denying it won't help you in the long run. Jot down your thoughts in your journal, talk it out, or find things that help relieve stress.
