I brought my good friend Geoff because he's a hair metal kid and I knew he'd never go. So I was all tan and glammed up with a kid who looked like Yanni. We were definitely the unique couple at the prom. I wasn't popular enough to be prom queen. Come on now! I was the weird folk girl. Ha!
