Rebecca Says…

In all honesty, I didn't feel like Sam ditched Dena intentionally. Sometimes, you just get caught up in a moment. (I'll admit that I used to always lose my dates at sorority events because I wanted to hang with everyone.) But the question remains -- how do you balance two sets of friends that are totally different? Melding your two crews can be super difficult (believe me, I know -- I've balanced multiple groups of friends my entire life!). And while I usually think keeping your various crowds separate is fine, Sam invited Dena to this event as her date, so it's her job to make sure that she was having a good time. Sam should have just asked Valerie to squeeze Dena onto the bridal table. No biggie!

Now, in our synopsis, we failed to mention that during the party, Dena gets drunk and smooches Todd. And when Sam goes over to Dena's house to apologize, Dena fails to confess her dirty deed. So it looks like both of these girls need to enroll in friendship classes!
