Change is good -- especially when you're as nasty as Anita and have a hoochie reputation to boot. But becoming your true butterfly self (big theme on Aliens this week) takes time. Tossing out your belly-bearing tops and miniscule minis is a start, but real transformations go beyond a closet makeover. Anita was clearly not ready to drastically go from super popular to a science-loving clean teen overnight. Otherwise, when Justin kissed her, she wouldn't have freaked out. Take your time when changing up your appearance or behaviors. Start small -- sit with a new group of friends at lunch, or try not to terrorize your usual school targets for a day. For your new self to truly stick, it can't just happen overnight.
