Previously on Degrassi…

Alex and Paige have been playing house ever since Alex quit working at the strip club and moved out of her Mom's home. (You know, normal stuff.) But while Alex is auditioning to be Canada's #1 couch potato, Paige scores her dream job in the fashion world. It may entail running errands, getting coffee, and basically be a whipping post for a thankless, Devil Wears Prada-esque boss, but this gig is heaven to Paige. Too bad Alex thinks it's ridiculous! So when Paige asks her for help, Alex is less than enthusiastic about it and totally messes up because she's getting high with Jay. (When is she gonna ditch that chump?!) And when she refuses to make good on a promise to deliver invites to VIPs on the basis that they were absurdly expensive, Paige completely flips her lid! (Oh yeah, and showing up to Paige's office in sweats didn't help the situation.) She may have forgiven Alex for secretly being a stripper, but muddling with her fashion career is a MAJOR no-no is Paige's book. By the time Alex gets home that night, all of her stuff is packed, as Paige ends their co-habitation bit…and their relationship.
