We had outside PE in 7th grade, and a kid in my class took one of my sneakers and chucked it over a fence into a retention area. I had to go the rest of the day and ride home on the bus with only one shoe on. My Mom was so mad when I walked in the house with only one shoe on. She called the school and yelled at the teacher, who made the class help me look for it the next day. We never found it, and my Mom is probably still mad.
