When he's not being talked about for being Jessica Simpson's ex-BF, John Mayer is actually a reputable musician. In fact, Rolling Stone recently named him one of the Top 20 New Guitar Gods, and we have to agree -- that boy can wail on a guitar. So we'd suggest that Johnny Boy get his hands insured like Rolling Stones guitarist, Keith Richards, who has a $1.6 million policy on his paws. After all, being tabloid fodder doesn't pay the bills.
