One of the most important people on a movie set is the director! But did you know that women hold only 16% of the creative gigs and a mere 7 percent of director jobs in the film industry? Ridiculous, huh?!

That's where Girls in the Director’s Chair comes in. The program selects teen girls from around the country and gives them the tools to make their own movie from start to finish in a week. But this year, GITDC had an even cooler component -- That '70s Show/October Road star, Laura Prepon and Nancy Drew's Rachael Leigh Cook came onboard to star in the films!
