Bowling

Recommended Routine: Two games of 10 frames each (one game with left arm, one game with right arm).

Like with any sport in WiiRobics, the key to intensifying Wii Bowling is to pretend you're actually playing a game of ten-pin and put a little umpf in your motions. (At least you don't have that 10 lb. ball to worry about!) Bowling mostly works your shoulders and arms, but you can exercise your lower body by holding a lunge after you throw the ball down the alley. (This also preps you for a huge celebratory jump in the air for when you get a strike.) Want more of a challenge? Wear some wrist weights, then get back to us.
