Golf

Recommended Routine: Two rounds of three holes each (one round with left arm, one round with right arm).

OK, golf doesn't sound like an intense workout, but don't worry -- we pump it up with our special modifications. Swinging a golf club naturally strengthens your shoulders, chest, arms, and upper back. (For added effect, wear wrist weights to make the movement a little more difficult.) But these days, it's all about strengthening your core. To work your abs, focus and tighten them through your swing -- it'll also make your swing more fluid. Play a couple holes to get your bod warmed up and ready for more. (Hey, you might even take your Wii Golf skills on the green this summer and meet some preppy cuties!)
