Since obesity runs in her family, Jessica has learned to eat healthy. No skipping breakfast for this beauty! She loves egg-white omelettes and fruit in the morning, and eats other yummy-but-healthy foods for lunch and dinner.
Workout-wise, Jessica's daily hour-long routine includes cardio on a treadmill, lunges, crunches, and upper-body strength training. But hitting the gym doesn't come naturally to her: "It's such a pain in the [butt]," she told Marie Claire. "Running is suffering, I don't care what anybody says. But it always makes me feel good afterward."
To unwind, Jessica hits the bathtub: "Because I work out so hard, I usually put in a gallon of Epsom salts," she says. "I like to light my Joya vanilla candles that smell like cupcakes."
