Tell us about how you met and became friends.
Taquita: I was waiting [to perform for P.Diddy] with my costume that I made with glue and diamonds and glitter. Kaui came bouncing down, and she had one of the best outfits on. She had glitter all over her, and I was like, "Oh my God -- I gotta get some of that glitter to make my costume look prettier." I asked her for some glitter, and she gave me some -- she even helped me blow it all over me. It was so funny! After that, she's like, "You want to hear me sing? Listen to my music. You want to harmonize together?" I'm like, "No, I just wanted some glitter, leave me alone." But then, we talked for a minute. Everyone else was out to get you, and I thought that's she was, too. [But] she's really honest, and I'm an honest girl. We became friends, and we just clicked.
