Evangeline might be the star of Lost, but when it comes to working out, she's anything but. Her super toned arms are a telltale sign that she's one tough girl who knows how to navigate her way around the gym.

Tracey suggests: Push ups.
"You don’t need any fancy equipment -- believe it or not, one of the best exercises to do for your arms is a classic push up."

1. Start with your hands on the floor, a shoulder width apart, with your shoulders stacked over your hands, and your legs extended behind you in a plank position. 2. Draw your abs in tight, inhale and slowly descend down to the floor trying to keep the shoulder blades as still as possible. Exhale, extending the arms and pull in your abs even more, supporting the spine. Only do as many as you can with correct form!
