It's estimated that over 38 million people are living with HIV and AIDS in the world today. And according to MTV's current special, Staying Alive: 48fest (check mtv.com for air times), every 15 seconds, a young person between the ages of 15 and 24 is infected with HIV. Given these stats, it's no wonder that stars everywhere are using their fame and fortune to help increase HIV and AIDS awareness.
