Ditch the unoriginal Fairy Princess idea, and be Tinkerbell instead! That's what Brittany did, and we love it. Especially since it's just as low-maintenance as being a fairy princess. Just wear generic fairy wings, and a cute green dress. Then pin your hair up in a bun, and wrap a black, cotton headband around it. For added fun, bring along a bag of pixie dust (i.e. glitter)! Yeah, your friends might get annoyed when you keep throwing it at them, but you are Tinkerbell, afterall. And we doubt your crush would mind a lil' pixie dust…
