How did you first get involved as a secretary of Juliet?

Juliet [one of the secretaries] started about 30 years ago. We are in the city of Romeo & Juliet, so it's so important. And Juliet and other friends were interested in keeping the myth of Juliet alive. The story of Letters to Juliet is old because the man who was the guardian at the grave and Museum of Juliet started getting letters which were spontaneously written by people around the world. So he collected them and basically started to answer them, and this duty was passed on to us about 25 years ago and we are [still] doing it now.
