Lauren Berger isn't exactly a stranger when it comes to internships. The Florida native did 15 (yes, 15!) internships during her four years at Florida State University at tons of magazines and media outlets like Fox, NBC and MTV. So when she graduated in '06, she wanted to create a website that would connect other students to great internships, too. So what'd she do? She moved out to Los Angeles, where she worked for two years before meeting movie producer Marshall Herskovitz, who helped her turn her idea into a nationally known website and company, Intern Queen.
