Miley Cyrus

Miley had another big year in '09, but she's holding onto hope that '10 will be the best yet. "I need to stop talking about things I want to do and just get out there and do it," Miley tells JSYK. "That's been my biggest goal recently, especially while I'm on the road." Maybe Miley shouldn't be so hard on herself -- her year was pretty jampacked. She shot two big flicks, partied A LOT in the USA and weeded out what was real in her life by deleting Twitter. Here's to even more this year, girl!
