This guy is probably super-possessive and insecure. Those two ingredients usually don't make for a very strong relationship between two people. If your BFF is smart, she'll ditch this dude and realize he's driving a wedge between her and really good friends. If she hangs on to this boy, it's probs because she's lacking self-confidence and doesn't think she can do better. Newsflash! She so can. Try to give her a pep talk about how fab she is, and make her realize there are other cutie fish in the sea.

As for this guy, here's why we think he specifically dislikes you: We bet you gave your BFF some advice about her annoying BF at some point. Somehow it got back to him that you were the one trying to help her out. Now that he realizes you have some positive influence over your BFF, you're on his most hated list. Bottom line -- he's a jerk. Hopefully you can help your friend recognize that he's sooo not the one.
