"This guy was cheating on his GF with me!"

I was sort of seeing this guy for a few weeks. We met at a party through mutual friends and we clicked instantly. We didn't hook up that night; we just talked and since we had such a great time, I gave him my number. He called me the next day, and we started talking a lot and hanging out. I liked him a lot and he seemed to like me, so when I ran into a friend that was also at the party, I told her about my new romance. She was surprised that I was dating him because she said he already have a GF! I was angry and confused because he didn't mention it to me during the entire time we were talking. The next time I saw him at his house, I left really girly looking hairpins on his bedside table before breaking up with him. Later. I found out that his GF found the pins and accused him of cheating on her. Needless to say, they broke up.
