"She used me for a place to stay!"
My BFF and I had been friends for 10 years. She was having some problems at home, so she needed somewhere to stay or she would be forced to live with her grandparents (which would mean that she wouldn't be able to go to our school anymore). I didn't want to lose her, so I convinced my parents to let her stay with us for a while. She ended up living at my house for eight months, and it was horrible! She never paid for anything and complained about my parents' rules. Worst of all, she started dating a total jerk, and she'd talk to him on the phone for hours and would tie up our line all the time. When my BFF and I got in fight about him, she started talking about me to him on the phone while we were in my room. After school ended, she left my house, and we don't keep in touch. She was probably only nice to me was probably because my house was the only place she could stay!
