"She told my crush I was obsessed with him!"
When I was in high school, one of my best friends told me that this guy liked me and that she knew I thought he was cute. I was way too shy to talk to him myself, so she did it for me. She told me he wanted to ask me to homecoming, which was still awhile away. When she came back to me with all this great news, I got so excited! This went on for about a month, and then, she just started to avoid me. It turns out that she needed an excuse to talk to him because she liked him! She told him that I was obsessed with him, which was so NOT true! Even worse, she ended up asking him to homecoming. I later found out that he wanted to ask me, but thought that I was obsessive. Their relationship didn't last though -- he dumped her when she started stalking him. So insecure!
