"She was never left my side when I lost two of my friends."
About two months ago, I found out that two of my friends died in a car crash. One was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other held on until 9 a.m. the following day. I found out while I was in class. I just sat there crying! My teacher tried to be comforting by offering me a tissue and asking if he could do anything, but that didn't help at all. Five minutes after the dreadful announcement on the loudspeaker telling the school the sad news, my BFF broke into the room and came right over to me. She came over to my house that night just to be there for me. She held my hand through all the memorials in their honor. She even made me laugh when I needed it. I couldn't ask for a better friend, and I don't think I could have gotten through this without her.
