"She spread my business around the school!"

When my ex suddenly dumped me after two seemingly perfect years as high-school sweethearts, apparently I was the last to know what was going down. The day he broke up with me my best friend was home sick, so I had no one to turn to in school. Everyone was talking about how they heard it was coming, and I couldn't figure out how I was the only one left in the dark. He didn't give me a reason and he was so cold to me. I was devastated, but I knew I couldn't skip school, so I hid out in the bathroom and cried for hours. I kept trying to call my BFF, but she wouldn't pick up. Since I couldn't avoid the gossip mill, I decided to face it head on and see if I could get to the bottom of it all. By the end of the day I realized that there one person was totally responsible for blabbing about my breakup (before it even happened) to the whole school. That person was my best friend. I stormed to her house after school only to hear her say, "Sorry. I didn't know how to tell you!" Oh, but it's okay to tell the entire school instead? What a beeyatch!
