My girls and I decided to go to Palm Springs over summer break. I had just broken up with my BF of two years, but we were still friends and thinking about working it out when I got back from vacation. I left home a few days before my friends to go camping with my family before I went to Palm Springs. When I got to Palm Springs later that week, I met up with my friends. I noticed that my BFF was really distant the whole time, but I was having fun with my other friends, so I didn't really care. When we got home, I found out that my BFF made out with my ex-BF the day I left town! The worst part is that she knew I was still in love with him and that I still wanted to make things work -- she'd even been encouraging it!
