I was madly in love with this guy for over a year. He liked me, too, but we weren't going out. I would tell my BFF about everything that I was feeling, like how much I loved him. Not too long after my BFF talked to my crush, he asked me out. About a week into the relationship, my friend saw him talking to his ex-GF, who I hated with a passion. My BFF confronted my BF and told him that she thought that I would be upset if I found out. My BF and I didn't even last two weeks together, and after he broke up with me, my best friend got all my other friends to hate him. Now, almost all the people in our school hate him for breaking up with me thanks to my BFF. She always knows what to do, even if she has to go behind my back to do it.
