Paris comes to NYC in peace. The heiress was recently spotted on the streets of Manhattan rocking an edgy bomber jacket and pretty turquoise and black dress. What we really loved? Her checkered tights. So cute! We thought the socialite would steer clear of patterns since she had to spend some time in jailbird stripes, but we’re glad to see style still comes first for P.
