Spotted…Leighton Meester filming Gossip Girl in NYC. The school-girl look could be frumpy or hoochie, but a Waldorf knows how to be hot in whatever she wears. We love Leighton's get-up as she channels her inner mean girl, Blair. The 3/4 sleeve plaid coat is cute and the extra extra large school bag is the only way we'd carry our books.
