OK, we’re split on our favorite One Tree Hill girl’s choice here. Fifty percent of us loved the pretty, polka-dotted mini (it even has cute skinny pockets!). The other 50 percent thought it looked super cheesy. At least we all agreed her pumps were perfect. Sigh. What’s you vote?
