Step 1:

Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner to prep your hair. Massage a volumizing leave-in conditioner into damp hair, and comb-through with a wide-tooth comb. Next, comb-through a volumizing mousse.

Step 2:

Blow-dry hair at an upward angle, using a round brush to lift your roots as you go. After your hair is dry, and your bangs are styled, divide hair into two parts (upper and lower), and use clips or hairbands to hold.

Step 3:

Starting with the top section, tease some hair into a poof and fold the un-touched, smooth hair over it. Pin your poof in the back with bobby pins.

Step 4:

Twist the back section of your hair up into a French roll so that the front and back parts of your hair melt into a seamless updo. Use bobby pins to hold, and spritz hair all-over with a dry, powder spray and shine mist.
