Step 1:

Smooth face with a light moisturizer, foundation, and pressed powder (in that order). For a rosy-cheeked glow like Carrie's, use a touch of pink blush or bronzer on the apples of your cheeks.

Step 2:

After curling your lashes, brush a light, silvery-blue shadow across your lids, paying special attention to the inside corners of your eyes. Follow with a deeper, grayish-blue hue over it.

Step 3:

Line eyes all the way around with a felt-tipped liquid-navy eye liner. Plump-up lashes and reinforce the curl with a volumizing curling mascara. For a flawless finish, use a high-shine pink gloss on lips.
