Step 1:

For Kelly's sheer glow, rub an oil-free, water-based moisturizer on your face and dab concealer or foundation on dark spots or blemishes.

Step 2:

Apply a face highlighter on your forehead and cheeks for added luminescence. Follow with a peachy-pink blush on the apples of your cheeks and tinted lip gloss.

Step 3:

To achieve a smokey eye like Kelly's, brush a light whitish-gray shadow all over your lids, up to your brow bone. Then apply a charcoal-colored shadow over it (but stick to your lid area). Use a black cream liner for over and under your eyes, and finish with a black volumizing mascara.
