Step 1:

When your eyes are a beautiful light brown like Joss’ how can you not wanna bring them out?! A dark teal blue shadow is the way to go, and makes a much more unique smoky eye than plain ol’ black or gray. (A shadow with a metallic shimmer to it wouldn’t hurt, either!). Finish off your peepers with a liquid black liner and a lash-building mascara.

Step 2:

Since you’re making your eyes pop, tone down the rest of your features (you don’t want too much going on at once!). Using a pale pink blush on the apples of your cheeks like Joss did is okay, but stay away from dark lips. A nude-ish colored lip gloss will work just fine!
