Wouldn't it be great if you could get Tim Gunn's take on your back-to-school wardrobe? Yeah, we wish. Unfortunately, Tim ain't Santa, and we're no designers! Still, if Tim were to dispense his infinite knowledge on back-to-school do's and don'ts, we think the list would look something like this. So what are ya waiting for? Pretend you're Keith for a minute, and peep our Project Runway cheat sheet! We guarantee you'll be rockin' the hallway runway-style.

1. Don't wear all your fave new outfits at once.
Remember the recycling challenge this season? Well, you can recycle fashion, too! Cuz what was "out" one season could be "in" the next (is it us, or do animal prints just keep coming back?). Yup, it's all about mixing it up, and combining new threads with the old. Not that we're gonna start wearing recycled trash and paper anytime soon… Still, the best ensembles aren't necessarily the ones you see in the windows of department stores. So be creative! You never know what you'll come up with.

2. Don't be too out there.
Forget Angela and her friggin' "fleurchons"! We understand how, like Angela, you might wanna make a statement. But try to be tasteful. Wearing a meaningful piece of jewelry is one thing, but insisting on using your fave purple scrunchie every day is something totally different. We get stuff like Lance Armstrong's yellow bracelet, friendship necklaces, and pink breast cancer support pins. But if you're going to pick something random (like fleurchons) to wear 24-7, at least have a reason behind it.
