Maybe it was all those swing and jitterbug dance classes she took as a teen that led Katy to '40's-loving vintage looks like this one. "I am a vintage collector...of all things...it's my main steeze," Katy admits on her MySpace. "Before I had any dime to do so, I would be on a constant cycle of recycling my clothes. I would wear the treasures I had found from my little thrift store road trips. I would make whatever impression I could with them." By her early 20's, the pop-rocker had already released a gospel album and was signed to Columbia Records. She might not have been on our radar yet, but Blender Magazine named her "The Next Best Thing" in music! She def left a fab impression back then!
