Best: Miranda Cosgrove

Miranda is a shining star in our eyes, and her sequin print mini-dress was a stunner! Bright, cheery, creative and comfy, the peachy tunic was a perfect fit for our fave raven-haired siren. Short (but not too short), accessorized (but not too much, those whimsical Marc by Marcs were perf!), and effortlessly executed -- it's obvious Miranda didn't try too hard. That is the sign of a true fashionista and we love her for it!
