The Clean Team

The cleanser you use will absolutely effect how your skin looks. In fact, the wrong cleanser can be the very reason your skin is troubled! Firstly, all cleansers should be gentle! Never scrub or rub! It won't work any better. In fact, it'll aggravate your skin, making it worse. To find the right cleanser, you must know your skin type. If you're oily, your cleanser should dissolve oil and shrink pores (note: not all acne-prone skin is oily). Try Neutrogena's Deep Clean Invigorating Cleanser. Normal skin (oily in spots, dry or normal in others) should use alpha hydroxyl cleansers, like Murad's Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser. Dry skin (usually marked with peeling and acne) needs a cleanser that gets rid of dirt but keeps the skin moisturized, like Cetaphil. Don't scrub!
