Worst: Lauren Conrad

Yikes! When your clothing line is going down the tube, the last you thing you wanna do is design a sub-par dress. Unfortunately, that's exactly what Lauren did! She supposedly designed this maxi herself. However, we think the look is a little "maxed" out: there's so much going on with that pattern, it's totally overwhelming as a floor-length gown.
