Worst: Katie Holmes

We think Katie Holmes was going for the Supergirl look with her flashy orange-red dress and electric blue heels. But she might as well have been wearing Kryptonite around her neck (instead of that random gold chain)! We heart Katie and wish she'd ditch that crazy Tom -- but her ensemble just isn't working for us. What do you think of her outfit?
