Layered Eyes & Sculpted Cheeks

Layered eye color to the brow is all the rage! "It's a very glamorous '80s eye with lots of pigment," says MAC make-up artist Romy Solelmani. "But the color and sheer layering makes it modern. It's not too vampy -- it's reflective and fun." The gradient eye look involves mixing three or more hues (like burgundy, blue, and purple) and using the corresponding reflective glitter in each color to layer.

Sculpted cheeks are also stylin', according to runway make-up experts! Sure, you can still sport blush on the apples of your cheeks. But blush in the '70s "V" shape (notice the color at the temples) was big.
