Cynthia Steffe: Make-Up

The Look: "The clothes are more colorful so we're not using a lot of color in the make-up," says James Boehmer, NARS' international lead make-up stylist. "We're playing more with texture, and really spending a lot of time on the skin, using lots of moisturizer. It's almost a satin-y skin -- not really shiny, not really matte. Just a touch of healthy, warm pink on the skin, a little bit of white silver on the eye, and then a bitten lip -- like a peach brown with a crystal in it."

Pro Tip: For glowing skin, start with a hydrating moisturizer and add sheen with a dab of liquid foundation. Use loose powder around the nose and blush on the apples of your cheeks, followed by highlighter. Apply clear mascara on your lashes and brows to make your skin the focus.
