But your pant legs should never touch the ground -- the toes of your heels should be peeking out. (Mandy's one shoe is totally covered-up!). Thinking of visiting a tailor? Expect to pay around $20, and don't forget to have them reattach the original hem. Oh, and one more thing: If you want to elongate your gams asymmetrical seams like Mandy's are all wrong! Go for side seams or pinstripes instead.
