Ouch! Props to Paris for being able to stand in this position. (Her one foot is turned in at a perfect 90-degree angle!). Though despite her acrobatic feat, she looks more like a fish out of water than a stylin' fashionista: Add a turned-up chin and tense shoulders to the mix, and you can almost see what's going through her head: "Can't. Hold. Pose. Much. Longer…" Oh, well. At least she's not wearing that peacock feather duster she wore earlier this year. Still, we hope that one of the photographers at this event stopped snapping in time to rescue her (Timber…).
