Wild Orchid

Fergie (a.k.a. Stacy Ferguson) got her start in the entertainment industry as a child actress, appearing on the popular TV show, "Kids Incorporated" from 1984 to 1989. In 1991, she and her friend from the show, co-star Renée Sands (center), founded girl-group Wild Orchid (third member was Stephanie Ridel, far right). Judging by her preppy cowgirl outfit, Fergie’s fashion was more bubble gum pop than funk (she went by "Stacy"). But even back then, she had a charismatic stage presence. At the height of their fame, Wild Orchid toured with both 98 Degrees and *NSYNC.
