After a few small parts, Rachel landed her first big break playing Regina in Mean Girls, but by the looks of this premiere party dress, Rachel was (and looks) nothing but nice. This red polka dot halter dress screams fun, and we love her auburn Audrey-like hair do. A classic in the making!
