But not just any red lippy will work on medium skin tones like Victoria's -- Brett recommends a red lipstick with glints of gold, or a warm red lipstick atop a gold shimmery gloss (he loves Sephora's Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss in Gold & Glow ($10)). "With a bright red lip, you don't want to overdo your eyes. So play up your lashes with a few coats of a black mascara and curling lashes." And to complete the eyes, Brett suggests you use a near nude shadow or "bring in the gold tones again with a gold shadow or liner." This will definitely do the look Justice!
